Definition

• Open Event is a training event/class/workshop provided by ALuP to a number of individual delegates, delivered at an independent training location. Event dates to be published on the ALuP website (www.alup-it.com)
• Customer is a company or individual who is placing an order for an individual to attend an open event.

Terms for delegates confirmed on an Open Event

• Receipt of the completed booking form (over) by ALuP from the Customer and/or a purchase order constitutes a contract between the Customer and ALuP on the terms herein set out.
• ALuP may invoice the Customer immediately on receipt of such booking form &/or order
• Payment from the Customer shall be due on the earlier of 30 days from date of invoice or the date preceding the Open Event

Cancellation of Booking for an Open Event

• For the purposes of this, the term cancellation includes a request from a delegate confirmed on an Open Event to transfer the booking to another Open Event
• Any cancellation by the Customer shall be made in writing and is made when delivered to ALuP
• The Customer shall remain liable in respect of any relevant expenses incurred by ALuP prior to such cancellation and properly invoicable to the Customer

In the event of the cancellation of a Delegate Registration, ALuP may charge the Customer the following proportion of the agreed fee:

• cancellations received 14 calendar days or less prior to the scheduled commencement day of the course are charged 100%
• cancellations received between 21 and 15 calendar days prior to the scheduled commencement day of the course are charged 50%
• cancellations received 22 calendar days or more prior to the scheduled commencement day of the course are charged NIL

Postponement of any training course by ALuP

• If ALuP postpones an Open Event, no refund shall be due to the Customer unless
  • the postponement occurred less than 5 working days from the scheduled start date of the class and
  • no re-scheduled class is offered by ALuP to commence on a date within 6 calendar weeks of the original start date of the class

Terms and Conditions for a Corporate event

Definition

• A Corporate Event is a corporate event/class/workshop provided by ALuP to a number of delegates from one company, or where one company has purchased the class for their customers, usually delivered at the customers training location. Event dates are NOT published on the ALuP website
• A company who is placing an order for all the attendee of the event

Terms for delegates confirmed on an Corporate Event

• Receipt of the completed proposal/contract by ALuP from the Customer and/or a purchase order constitutes a contract between the Customer and ALuP on the terms herein set out.
• ALuP may invoice the Customer immediately on receipt of such proposal/contract &/or order
• Payment from the Customer is due to ALuP within 30 days from date of invoice or before the class commences, which ever date is the sooner.

Cancellation of Booking for a Corporate Event

• For the purposes of this, the term "cancellation" includes a request from the customer to transfer the event to another date
• Any cancellation by the Customer shall be made in writing and is noted when delivered to ALuP
• The Customer shall remain liable in respect of any relevant expenses incurred by ALuP prior to such cancellation and properly invoicable to the Customer

Applicable Law

• These conditions shall be governed by German Law and the Customer and ALuP submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
