Policy
To renew their certification, certificate holders must demonstrate proficiency with current technology by passing specific proctored exams. Valid certifications may be renewed indefinitely. The certification will expire or become inactive without a timely renewal. Prerequisite certifications will be extended when the certificate holder advanced to the next level.

Process
Those wishing to re-certify, can do so by registering and passing the re-certification test at the prometric testing centers around the world.

Recertification renewal timeframes
The FNCNE & FNCNP certification is valid for two years. Advancing to the next level or recertifying at the processional level automatically renews all related levels of certification.
